
Our company history is almost 170 years old
and when it comes to our work, we represent old values such as quality, punctuality and absolute reliability. Our corporate culture, however, is as modern as the way we think: For example, we value flat hierarchies, trusting, appreciative interaction with one another and clear internal communication. We also know that the modern term “work-life balance”, which is easily ridiculed by “traditional entrepreneurs”, has a background to be taken seriously and that social engagement must not be an empty phrase.
In short: We are a team with many players,
in which everyone can take the place that is most suitable for them and is supported by us to the best of our ability. Because - and we have also internalized this sentence: Only together, we can be successful in our market!
