From the planning phase, through design, procurement to production and painting - we manufacture our own components for welded and special designs and for the field of contract manufacturing.

Mohr-Hebetechnik has a 4,500 m² production and manufacturing area. Our extensive machine park has everything we need for our highly qualified work: Various drilling, turning, flame-cutting and roller-round machines, CNC machining centers, hydraulic presses, automatic saws and officially approved tensile test benches.

Complex welded and special constructions

We manufacture our own components for welding and special constructions and for the field of contract manufacturing.

Welding

Great expertise in the materials: structural steel, fine-grain structural steel and high-alloy steels

Oxy-fuel cutting

On our oxy-fuel cutting machine, we burn contours with the following maximum dimensions:

  • Dimensions (LxW) = 8,000 mm x 2,500 mm
  • Thickness (t) = 10 mm - 200 mm
  • Max. Weight = 8 t

    • Steel construction

    Thanks to our decades of experience in steel construction and sheet metal processing, we offer outstanding expertise in the following areas:

  • Welding
  • Oxy-fuel cutting
  • Straightening
  • Rollers / Cone Rollers
  • Pressing

    • The forming and straightening of the components takes place on our presses and by flame straightening.

    We form sheets with the following maximum dimensions on our rolling mills:

  • Max. Thickness (t) = 100 mm
  • Max. Roll width = 2,500 mm
